Lovely spot, im often put off by the tourist traps but this was a genuine Italian in a great location, food was excellent, lovely wine, service was spot on, friendly polite staff, there when needed, otherwise left alone, clean premises, toilets immaculate. I loved the place and can't wait to go back. Priced quite reasonable given location.

Starter bruschetta was very good. It is quite big portion with 4 breads so sharing is good option. Pizza was ok but room to improve. Pasta a bit better. Service fast and friendly. Desserts were a thing on their own. Large, appealing and delicious.

What a lovely family run Italian restaurant. It was so good we ate here twice! The service was absolutely fantastic on both visits and the food was so fresh and delicious. Its a little pricey for certain things but you certainly get what you pay for! The salmon pasta was delicious, my son really enjoyed his pizza and the truffle pasta was to die for and prepared at your table. What a treat! The only disappointment was my dessert. It was supposed to be a souffle but it was more like a fondant but still very tasty. Thank you for a wonderful couple of evenings.

Love love love the atmosphere there. Chic & cozy restaurant. So far i have dined here twice, on both occasions i got the seafood pasta. However their service is not really outstanding to me. It’s just ok. Food was actually enjoyable & pretty decent, but the presentation was below my expectations, my second plate was pretty messy. Prices were fair.

Absolutely magnificent setting! The atmosphere is warm and refined, a real feast for the eyes. The service is impeccable: the servers are not only very friendly but also highly professional. And what can I say about the meal... a true journey to Italy! The flavors were authentic and delicious, you can taste the quality of the ingredients. Special mention for the wine, which was excellent, and the tiramisu, simply perfect. A culinary experience that fully deserves its 5 stars!

We recently visited Ristorante Calice d’Oro, a cozy Italian restaurant with a beautiful interior and a romantic atmosphere. The dim lighting, elegant decor, and pleasant music create the perfect setting for a leisurely dinner. The evening started off promising – we were immediately served a complimentary treat from the restaurant: fresh bread and flavorful olives, a nice touch that set a positive tone. We ordered two vitello tonnato and rack of lamb. Unfortunately, our expectations were not fully met. The vitello tonnato was presented differently on each plate – one had arugula, while the other did not. The dish was tasty, but not particularly memorable. The rack of lamb was a disappointment – it was drenched in oil, making it heavy and greasy, completely overshadowing the tenderness we were hoping for. In the end, despite the beautiful presentation and cozy ambiance, the overall dining experience was underwhelming. We won’t be returning.
